School Registration News for 2011-12
Dear Parents,
SCHOOL REGISTRATION POLICY
1. Children who presently attend SS. Peter & Paul School Pre-K-3 through Grade 7 will be given the opportunity to register first for the 2011-2012 school year.
2. Next, siblings of students registered in our school will be offered the opportunity to register in Pre-K-3 through Grade 8 for the 2011-2012 school year.
3. Registration will be offered to all other parishioners.
SCHOOL REGISTRATION NEWS
Re-registration forms for Grades 1 through 8 will go home in the Communication Envelope on Thursday, January 27th. This applies to students who are presently in our First through Seventh Grade. Present Pre-K-3, Pre-K-4 (p.m.) and Kindergarten students will receive their forms on Thursday, January 27th. Pre-K-4 a.m. will receive re-registration forms on Wednesday, January 26th. In order to secure a place for your child next year, these forms must be returned with a $50 per child non-refundable fee by Friday, February 4th.
On Friday, February 4th we will hold registration for any student NEW to our school in Pre-K-3 through Grade 8, but who has a sibling presently attending SS. Peter & Paul School.
Registrations will be accepted from 8:45 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Friday only! The registration fee is $100 per child.
There will be a registration for all other NEW students on Tuesday, February 8th from 8:45 A.M. to 12 Noon for Grades Pre-K-3 to Grade 8. A $100 per child non-refundable fee will be due at the time of registration.
Please bring a copy of the child’s birth certificate, social security card, baptismal record, immunization record, last physical exam and K-3-7 students need a copy of their most recent dental exam. New parents and students are encouraged to tour the school on Thursday, February 3rd during Catholic Schools Week. Open House is 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Please call 610-696-1000 for more information.
